To mark a number on your ticket. From the physical felt-tip "dabber" used in bingo halls. Online: usually automated.

The fat felt-tip marker pen used to daub paper tickets in a physical bingo hall. Comes in pink, yellow, blue.

The caller's signal that the game is about to start. Players stop talking and focus on their tickets.
